All of our websites are built using the ‘WordPress’ software platform that enable our clients to easily edit the text and images on their websites whenever they want to update their information. Included in the price of all of our websites is free WordPress training that teaches clients all the basic skills they need to change the basic content on their websites. Our WordPress training is backed up by online ‘how to’ videos that also show the basics of editing a WordPress website and can be viewed by clients, if required, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Most clients aren’t technically minded, don’t have the time to maintain their website and prefer to retain our technical support on an ongoing basis by subscribing to our WebPro service. This means that we are your ‘tech guys’ on call when you need them for technical support. We also monitor your website to make sure it’s kept up to date with all software updates and ensure your website is regularly backed up. You also receive reports from us on how your website is rating with Google search and our monthly newsletter keeps you informed about new technology and internet marketing info that can help your business to be more successful online.
